Do you think you can tell with 100% certainty whether you’re looking at a photo or an AI-generated image? Whether we like it or not, AI is rapidly getting better at generating images, making them super-realistic and believable. So realistic, in fact, that it’s sometimes difficult to tell AI images apart from photographic ones.
So, let’s put this to a test. Answer the questions in this quiz and let us know – are you still absolutely sure you can differentiate between AI and photos at all times?

this is exactly what an AI would say ;)
At the end it said, “You’re pretty good at this, but AI can still fool you.” But funny enough I never mistook an AI image for a photo, but I did mistake a few photos for AI, as most of these images have had so much retouching done as to make them practically magic realism. A better test would be more straightforward stock or photojournalism.
That is definitely a good point. I think we should make one of journalism only
That was my idea for this round, to use some photos that lean a bit toward digital art. But as the AI tools progress, I think we should definitely do another round with different kinds of images.
Maybe in your case, “photographers/Photoshop can fool you?” :)
Fun! It’s definitely getting interesting!!! I suppose the ultimate test would be if you couldn’t tell AI from your own wedding photos. :)
got 11 out of 15 and in a hurry… Ai is blurring the lines of photograhy… but there is something artificial out of them that just jumps at you… still. 11 out of 15
